Ethan gets a sticker every time he sits on the potty. Barb the babysitter was giving him a treat every time he sat on the potty, and it worked like a miracle. He was sitting on there every 15 minutes. He never peed or anything, but he was getting into a good habit of trying. The stickers don't work quite as well, but we'll keep working at it in Ethan's own time. He just turned two, so there's no rush, as far as I'm concerned. Except that I change a lot of diapers.
