One of the best purchases we've made as parents was this portable booster seat/high chair. We used it wherever we went--on picnic tables, in our camping chairs, restaurants, and more.
Ethan was at a great age for camping. He pretty much could just sit there on his blanket while we fixed dinner and ate. He perhaps enjoyed the grass a bit too much. One day I saw a something coming out of his nostril. I pulled and pulled and realized he had a huge blade of grass that he had sneezed out (probably after eating many other pieces of grass). He felt much better after that.
Ethan went to bed great. He loved the tent and slept pretty well. The only downside was that he would wake up when it got light out and had a hard time going back to bed. Who knew that the sun rises at 4:45 a.m. in South Dakota?!
