Ethan's First Campout with Grandma and Grandpa

Last Thursday, Ethan had his first night of camping of the season. His grandma and grandpa went up the mountain to get the trailer set up, and our family joined them for dinner, and Ethan spent the night. I remember Karen talking about taking Ethan camping ever since he was tiny, or perhaps even before he was born. This was pretty special for Ethan and Grandma and Grandpa.

Kate loved being outside while we waited for dinner to be ready. I think this site was a good one for setting up the trailer with ease, and for people with disabilities, but replaced with concrete some of the dirt that I wanted Kate and Ethan to play in. ha ha. This was only in a few of the campsites, though, so it's cool.

Ethan brought me a flower!

We went for a small hike to this beautiful overlook.

Here's Tim, Ethan, Grandpa, and Grandma:

Gabe is an excellent photographer and got many great shots, and here's one that he took on my camera:
Getting those s'mores ready. Yum.
Ethan had a fantastic first night of camping on his own with Grandma and Grandpa!
