Barb's Horse Carrie

 Anyone who has had a significant conversation with Kate in the past six months has probably heard about Barbara's horse Carrie.  Somehow Kate has fallen in love with this horse and has prayed and cared for it through it's sore back and hurt legs.  Kate has been there to feed Carrie her carrots, and she even got to ride Carrie before she got hurt.
