Weekend Trip

Saturday morning the kids and I woke up bright and early and headed to see my parents.

Here's Kate with her Grandpa. . .

Grandpa Choo-Choo had had knee surgery on Thursday. I had been telling Ethan about Grandpa's hurt knee, so before we left, he got out the band-aids and put them in an envelop for Grandpa.

Kate loved sitting on the little rocking chair with her baby bunny.

Ethan loved playing trains with Grandpa (who was an awesome sport about "waking up" the trains, even though his knee was "injured"). . . .

Tim was in Moab for the weekend, which is why he is not in any of these pictures. We all had a nice getaway weekend.
