President's Weekend Cabin Trip 2012, Part 1

Kate had her first successful ski (she skied all the way from the parking lot to the river at Harriman State Park).  It took about 20 minutes.  She did great!

 It helped that Kate's friend Paul was there to encourage her.  But when they got tired, they could ride in the sled:
