I made cupcakes the day before Ethan's birthday and he got to help decorate them.

I probably had much more fun than Ethan. I loved making the many colors of icing. I had a bunch of extra cupcakes (we only had a few people over to celebrate. . . more on that later), so I shared them with some of my students at school.
