Labor Day Weekend, Part 2

Ethan can do so many new things! He can stand up next to his toys and he's cruising around, and sometimes he even lets go to clap for himself, then falls down. He can easily crawl up one step from our living room to entry way and he roams from room to room, looking for doors to open and close, over and over again. It's a lot more work for us, but I love seeing him grow up and try new things.
Here's Ethan with his Aunt Kristi, who came to visit this weekend to see her grandma (and Ethan too).
We are blessed to have Karen watching Ethan on Thursdays this school year. Ethan loves that and so does she.
Ethan still likes to read, but not quite as much now that he can explore.
Here's part of our other family--minus Josh and Angela. (Kristi's boyfriend, Cody, was taking the pic. Maybe one day he'll be in the pic with us. :) )

How fun that you guys were able to spend time with both sides of the family. It must be nice to live close enough to both sides to be able to do that!

Good job on the half-marathon, guys! That had to be a killer, but you should be proud of yourselves! I like your blog, I'll be sure to continue checking in, especially to see pictures of Ethan!
