Ethan has had many firsts in the past two weeks or so. He ate his first rice cereal (he loves to open WIDE), his first time sleeping through the night (with some encouragement from Mom and Dad), his first time going to bed at the same time almost every night, his first real babysitter (so far he has just stayed with Grandma and Grandpa, Aunt Kristi, or friends from our church), his first time skiing in Harriman, and his first time playing in a bouncy toy.
Ethan also has spent time visiting lots of Grandmas and Grandpas. Earlier this week he and I went to see my parents and got to spend time with my dear Grandma Streufert.
We visited Ethan's Great-Grandma Flicker several times this week. He liked hanging out on the couch with her.
More firsts--Ethan's first time NOT seeing his Flicker grandparents almost every day. They went to Honduras for a mission trip. Oh, and Ethan went to his first museum. On Thursday we went with my friend Mandy to the Ink and Blood exhibit in IF. Ethan stayed awake the entire time we were there! He must really find the history of the Bible interesting!
